As a professional figure skater, icy hot and like products are a necessity. The icy hot roll is a miracle! I have frequent tennis elbow and other arthritic issues and have found this product to be easy to apply with long-term effectiveness. You just cut the size you need and apply. The only thing I recommend if you're like me and very mobile... get the Nexcare Flexible clear tape to help keep the patch in place. I can't say enough good things about this product; it feels like I've tried EVERYTHING. This product is great cause you can customize the size. No more, no less.

Works just like other icy hot products. One thing that confused me though was that it came with 2 clips like the ones you use with ace bandages. So I don't understand what those are supposed to be for.
