Keeping my arm and hand outstretched and straightened while sleeping helps even more. Doing stretches for that tendonitis is really helping overcome the discomfort and pain.

Recommended to me by my Physical Therapist. Works very well and has relieved my discomfort at least 80-90%. Velcro closure often slips and the band itself can move during exercise so frequent readjustments can be necesssary. This band sure beats loading up on anti-inflammatory drugs - I recommend it. Pros

Unless you're a pre-teen it is kind of small; I don't have large forearms and it hardly goes around. The wrap around band is so narrow that it cuts into your skin. The band is about 3/4's as wide as the plastic loop it goes thru so it's hard to center up and the loop cuts into your skin too. The wrap around band is too narrow to put any real amount of velcro on it so it is always coming unfastened. But then maybe this product was only designed to last two weeks.
