Best Uses Comments about IMAK Neck Support, Hot & Cold, 1 ea: Works well, just not when wrapped around my neck. I wear a 19" collar size, and when I cinch down the velcro to keep the wrap in place on my neck, the two ends of the collar hit my throat right on the carotids. Soothing warmth, but but I decided I preferred a supply of blood to my brain. Upon first use, I actually became a bit woozy. That said, it does a pretty fair job draped over shoulders for pain from a torn labrum.

Comments about IMAK Neck Support, Hot & Cold, 1 ea: I have used similiar products for years. They could only be heated in the microwave. I have been adding ice to my therapy. This product is well designed as it goes completely around the neck. The material is nice and thick. It is very comfortable. However, because the material is so thick, it is hard to feel the cold or heat directly which I personally prefer. Pros

Comments about IMAK Neck Support, Hot & Cold, 1 ea: This product is the greatest invention for relief of neck pain, muscle spasms that have been causing headaches. Gel pack takes one minute in the microwave, and the warmth lasts for a long time. I get one of the ahhhhhhhh moments after placing it, and can go about my regular chores while wearing it. It packs easily when traveling..... Pros

Comments about IMAK Neck Support, Hot & Cold, 1 ea: I use this daily. It is soft, cool and provides a little support. The velcro is out of the way so it is not scratchy. I have not tried it warm but I am sure it is fine. Pros

Cons
Best Uses Comments about IMAK Neck Support, Hot & Cold, 1 ea: I have arthritis in my neck and the warming insert does help alot. However, to call this a support is wrong. There is no support unless I make it so tight I can barely breath. Also the liguid insert has to be in it for any of this "support". Without it, it is nothing more than a scarf.
