I am an SPBS Clerk for the post office and this glove has helped my right hand tremendously. If you are having problems with repetitive motion give it a try, I am very glad I did. It will take a bit of time to get used to the glove but those beads helps to keep my palm in alignment with my wrist on the keypad and it is now just second nature for me to have it on. As long as I have to type I will keep buying this product, but everyone is different so try it for yourself. For me it was better to have this glove on than to go through treatment processes or surgery! Always trying the lesser of two evils first, but this glove has proven to be perfect for me! It's easy enough to put on, but the "brace" part that goes up the center of the palm side of it is way too flexible to be a brace. It might help someone who has achy hands or who types for their job and their hands get tired, but for carpel tunnel it seems pretty useless to me. When I think of brace, I want something that is fairly rigid and that keeps my hand from bending down towards my wrist. This does't do that at all. I returned mine as I thought it was pretty useless and didn't work for my carpel tunnel at all. Comments about IMAK Reversible Carpal Tunnel Brace, Medium, 1 ea: I am a teacher and so I write a lot. I also use the computer a lot and can slip this on and off easily as I need it. My wrist and hand pain has greatly decreased since I started using so I will keep it on as prevention.

The whole key is to keep your wrist straight, not allow you to easily bend it at a 45degree angle. Its like I have panty hose on my wrist. I can move it in any direction. May thats why it is on sale. Tried it out with a computer mouse as well, mouse kept slipping due to the beeds inside of the unit.

Comments about IMAK Reversible Carpal Tunnel Brace, Medium, 1 ea: I love them because they don't have that steel strip on the palm side that hurts because it curves into your palm; this one has a flexible one on top of your wrist/hand which is much more comfortable. Being allergic to so many things, this one is perfect because it is latex-free. The material is softer than others I have tried and, therefore, doesn't hurt between your thumb and hand. The seams are very well done so that you can turn them inside out to use on the other hand and not have them show or irritate your skin. They help a lot because I am on the computer all day/night except when I am sleeping, haha...then I use the night one by IMAK.
