For the past several months I'd been wearing another support for my Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, that had a brace that went down the the inside of my hand and arm with 4 velcro closures. First the metal had too sharp a bend for my wrist and had to corrected by my P.T. guy. Then one nite I had the closures too tigh and ended up with a pinched wrist and limited circulations for about a day. When I received these, I slipped them on like a glove; the rigid part is on the top side and isn't metal, so it has a slight ability to bend; but yet keeps my wrist stable. The padding on the hand side adds extra comfort. I've slept in them with no problem. The other brand didn't breathe and were so hot at night i often took them off. I hardly knew these were on for sleeping. GREAT engineering IMO. Easy to wear & very effective.

Good for added support during the day. Not super-restrictive, but not super-supportive. Adds enough help for me right now.

Palm beads add to comfort and brace feels good while wearing, but allows too much wrist movement during daily activities. Needs more wrist support, though not complete rigidity.

Guyon's Canal Syndrome involves the "pinky-finger" side of the hand; Carpal Tunnel affects the thumb side. The carpal tunnel brace provides padding and support for both thepinky and thumb sides of the hand and is especially helpful cushioning the hand when using a computer. It's a good product at a great price.

Very comfortable and can be used for long periods of time. I used them for hours daily as I am at the computer for most of the day. I use on on each hand!

I only wish the stabilizing support bar was more rigid. It does not provide enough support for my wrist. I added in a piece of stiff cardboard and it really helped. I like that the bar is removable and you can easily wash the wrist brace.

The little balls on the palm of the wrist brace is a nice touch. It really helps to position the wrists for greater ergonomic comfort.

Great price, too!

It works fine and I will order another one because to wear on each hand I have to turn it inside out to switch from right to left hand or visa-versa. The palm pad is a little bit thick for my small hand. Overall it does stop the hand pain which is what I needed it for.

I have a couple of other braces that I wear at nighttime and was hoping to wear this one occasionally during the day. But it provides very little support (it's just foam) and actually causes my wrist to bend downward at an angle that makes my carpal tunnel worse. I wouldn't recommend it.

I suffer from carpal tunnel pain quickly if I don’t use some sort of wrist guards. These gloves provide just enough support to keep me pain free without the stiff and uncomfortable feeling I had with other supports. I couldn’t work without them.

If your condition isn't serious then it probably will be helpful enough.
However, I really need support for the symptoms to alleviate.
Instead, I bought a wrist support which immobilitzed the area sufficiently to make the pain lessen.
