I need a carpal tunnel brace that provides extra support while I sleep. I've used a Futura Reversible Night Relief Brace for over two years, which I find to be the best that I've tried. I thought I'd try this just the same. This brace does provide padding, yet is not even as supportive as the daytime braces I use (that allow more finger mobility). The finger extension is almost pointless. The internal metal bar support does not extend into the padded finger support, thus does not restrict/support the fingers, as another reviewer wrote. It does supply some wrist support; yet, no more so than the daytime braces I use. The palm pillow/pad, combined with the finger extension, does supply some limited finger support, but not much. The finger extension only serves to make finger use impossible. NOTE: any nighttime brace is intended to support the fingers, thus limit the use of them, but this doesn't even allow you to, say, turn off a light switch, since the finger pad is in the way of any finger use.

I do a lot of hand work - crochet, quilt, knit, gardening, etc. Everyday, I would wake up with my right arm asleep. It hurts! The doctor told me I have Carpal Tunnel syndrome, and would need surgery. I still do a lot of hand work, but I wear this product every night. Since I started using it, my arm has NEVER gone to sleep! This is a wonderful product! And I can throw it in the washing machine when it gets dirty! Best money I have spent in some time.

While they are more comfortable than the ones I used to wear, I wish that they had velcro more up near the top to give a more secure fit. They are too easy to take off in the middle of the night, which I have a tendency to do while half asleep.

I use it nightly. It is very effectivbe in stopping carpal tunnel pain.

I ordered just one of these to test it out. Loved it, so got one for the other hand too. I used to wake up every morning with my hands asleep and my arms aching all the way up to my shoulder. But no more! It took no time to get used to and the material on the outside is very soft, so if you sleep on your hands, it is still comfortable.

This is VERY nice for support at night and extremely comfortable. Its bulkly, though.

Made much better than others I've had. Overall nice construction. Should hold up well. Advertised to immobilize hand and fingers, but does not. Extension below fingers has no built in support. Fine for wrist support. Of no use for clinching hands.

You need another description to describe myself. I cannot work out or exercise, am disabled. I used to wake up with the numbness so bad that it hurt, which is hard to believe if it is numb, and burning...had to get out of bed for up to an hour to get my hand/arm to calm down. Now I put them on just before I go to sleep and I don't have that problem anymore. I ordered extras just in case I need them. They launder well.

I have carpal tunnel syndrome, and am also an avid knitter. I have another grandbaby on the way, and I want this child to have Grandma's handmade sweaters, booties, etc. I have been waking up every morning with horrendous pain in my right hand - that is, until I began using this wrist support. It does not bother me at all to sleep in it. I have no pain at all while using this glove. I just wished I could wear it while I knit.

I type all day and developed carpal tunnel. I use this for night splinting. Works great, less pain in the morning and throughout the day.
