I know that not every product works for every individual but this product has helped me immensely. I have osteoarthritis in my back, a bad shoulder, as well as fibromyalgia. I am able to move easier and the pain has been reduced by about half. When considering cost of Dr. visit and price of Rx meds, with no insurance, I decided this was worth a try. I've tried other products that either didn't work or the effects didn't last long. I've found that taking 2 capsules in the morning with a glass of water and 1 at night with a glass of water works best for me. I certainly recommend giving it a try if you're looking for some relief but also read the label and check with your dr. if taking Rx meds.
I originally ordered a free trial after hearing a commercial on the radio and was happy but cancelled the auto-ship when started comparing prices and was able to get lower pricing and/or find it on sale.
