Bad knees run in my family. But finally, a pill that works. Have tried many expensive so-called joint pain reducers, but this one (after two weeks) has really made a difference in my knee. Told my niece last week, it looks like surgery, but if my knee continues to improve, no surgery for me, not know anyway. I recommended it to my sister who had knee replacement two years ago, and needed the other knee replaced now. Have ordered a second bottle and hopefully will improve my lower back and will continue to improve my knees. Hooray....

You need to take this product with food, or it will cause acid reflux. I was leery about taking another supplement with glucosimine, as I have tried this before with no relief; but after taking religiously for two weeks (3 xs per day as directed); I felt relief from the pain in my knee.

After much pain and no help from Doctors that recommend narcotics and pain clinics with no help whatsoever, I now take instaflex. I am so happy to be among the "living" again.

I tried Instaflex and in 2 weeks I felt less pain and had more mobility. It was simple to add to the other supplements I take. This does contain cayenne and I found I needed to take it with food to avoid having an upset stomach. Instaflex has worked amazingly well for me.

I take Instaflex everyday. And while I still have some arthritic symptoms, I feel that improvement has been made. I will keep on using it, since some improvement is better than no improvement at all.

I take this product twice a day. It has relieved the aches of fibromialga. This is the first product that has worked for me and I've had this condition for over 30 years. I wish the price was less but am willing to cut back on other "things" in order to take Instaflex.
