Comments about Insulow Improving Carbohydrate Utilization and Uptake, 180 ea:

I read Dr. Bernstein's recommendation. He said to take it 3 times a day. The bottle says to take before meals containing carbs. Either way it did not work, in fact it caused my blood sugar to raise. I would not have been surprised if it did not help and now that I read the label again I see why it raises BG. It contains rice powder, a carb, and carbs raise blood glucose.

Comments about Insulow Improving Carbohydrate Utilization and Uptake, 180 ea:

Dr. Richard Bernstein recommends this to his diabetic patients. Insulow is R-ALA lipoid acid rather than S-ALA or the 50/50 version OTC. My neurologist also prescribe lipoid acid to combat neuropathic pain. insulow helps treat my diabetes and neuropathy. Unfortunately, I cannot find it locally.

Comments about Insulow Improving Carbohydrate Utilization and Uptake, 180 ea:

Instruction say to take before meal, as if there would be compensation in drop in Blood glucose. But I did not notice an immediate effect. Additionally, it is hard to tell that any effects, if any, were directly attributed to this supplement.
Need more time to evaluate. I just bought them.
