This is only okay for use. I walk long distances and as I have aged, I am unable to go long periods of time without using a restroom. This works for short jaunts but doesn't hold much and it leaks through! I had so hoped that this would work but it doesn't do the trick much at all. Its better than nothing but I would look elsewhere or go to the depends panties (I so do not want to do that)!
