Used short term and loved it. Gave to my mother to use and I probably won't get it back. She can sit to do the dishes and cook. She loves taking it shopping.

The bearings on the rear need more sopport ; maybe flatten the metal bend inward 1/4 " COME DOWN USE ORIGINAL HOLE, WELD A PIECE OF STRAP ON OUT SIDE ANGLE OUT WARD 1/4 " THEN COME DOWN DRILL HOLE PARELELL TO ORIGINAL HOLE. The downward 1/2 " space should acomodate the wheel, washer up both sides of wheel to protect the bearing use original bolt tightend to allow the wheel to roll freely. Front wheels don't do well in sub zero weather I have six parts rollators that Ive had to park due to bearings freezing up or crazy wheel broken off ! The VA is keeping you well fed but i am shure my improvements will make the rollater a number 1 tool in the I need one of those class thank you Donald Burback (inventor)

I absolutely love mine. I have MS with foot drop which requires me to use more than a cane now. It helps with walking longer distances, but is absolutely great around the home because you can use the basket/seat to transport objects. It also allows me to pivot to turn and I can even backup! I took it shopping and it was great as I could sit down to rest and also to search the lower shelves.

I got this for my mother and she loves it. it was easy to put together, stores great as well. this is well worth the money.
