I gave it three stars because it was difficult to adjust to a higher position and I needed to use clamps and pliers. You will no doubt need some assistance for adjustments if you have problems with your hands. After it was adjusted, the chair remained in position and is working out for me. I looked at other chairs similar in price and their weight limit was much lower. Being able to adjust the height is a big bonus. Also it fits in the tub of a mobile home. Those of you who own or have ever lived in one know the tubs are significantly smaller than a tub in a house. So finding a shower chair that fits and is so easy to adjust is a GREAT BUY! Service and delivery comments: Delivery was as told at the time of purchase. It arrived on time and in good condition. Great on line store to shop!
