Most Liked Positive Review Works I'm a woman and this works. I have had mine for about two months now. I ordered it from a different online source. My biceps have definition and most of all I have abs!! I couldn't believe it myself. I do my pull ups twice a day,and I've been consistant. Not good to store because it is bulky but I just leave it on the frame so I can do pull ups whenev. Also it is padded so your frame won't get messed up. Pros

The hard part is being consistent with a workout schedule. When not in use I dump it in the closet because it doesn't fit under my bed. I would recommend this product to others. Pros

My frame is very flimsy yet the Iron Gym fits on it and distributes my weight in such a way so that it does not rip down the door frame. The cushions on the bar make it comfortable to grip, and I like the perpendicular bars that allow for a semi-supinated grip. I have yet to try using the Iron Gym for anything but pull-ups/chin-ups and hanging from it for an ab work out. I find the dips and push-up uses advertised to be gimmicky. Having the iron gym to stabilize you for crunches seems like a reasonable use, albeit a very replaceable one. [...] Pros

Comments about Iron Gym Total Upper Body Workout Bar, 1 ea: Very easy to use. Mounts to door frame easily but securely. Removal is also very simple and trouble-free. I haven't seen any marks on the door frame or any damage so I assume that the padding is working. Would recommend for someone wanting to do pullups at home. I don't use the over suggested uses such as a pushup bar simply because I don't see any difference between that and doing a normal pushup. All in all a great pushup bar though! Pros

We have it set up on our bedroom doorway and he uses it a little bit every night doing a few pull ups and then he just hangs there for a little while to stretch his back. He is really satisfied with the improvement. Great product!!
