I have always had brittle, thin and hard-to-grow nails. However, after taking these vitamins for 2 months I can already tell that my nails are quite a bit stronger and grow MUCH faster. As for my hair, I have noticed less hair loss (while brushing it, in the shower, etc.) than before which is nice (however, this wasn't really a problem for me before). I have also noticed that I have less breakouts after using this and my skin seems to be in overall better condition.
These vitamins sometimes cause me nausea if I don't take them with food (but I have a pretty sensitive stomach), but that is the only con. They work very nicely and are well-worth buying!

This product WORKS. I've been using it every day since February 2012 and people stop me all the time on the street to compliment my skin and ask what I use. I didn't really notice results with my hair or skin, however my nails became much harder, stronger and less brittle. I've always had thin, brittle nails so this was nice. Some time elapsed between bottles and I noticed my nails were thin and brittle again as a result of not taking these continuously.

I've notice stronger healthy nails and hair so far so good I'm replacing this with my daily multi vitamin,I was'nt sure at first but I'm glad I gave it a go,best of all no side effects

These supplement pills have boosted the shine in my hair and my hair has grown an inch! I have been using for two weeks and a few days now, and I even missed some doses but it worked great anyway!
