I take the women's version of this, and thought that my husband could try these multivitamins. We tend to prefer gel capsules as they are much easier to swallow. However, these pills are HUGE. These capsules are about 1 inch long. My husband has a condition where food/pills sometimes get lodged in his esophagus, and unfortunately, the size of these pills turned out to be an issue.
Now I have a whole, practically new bottle that I can't take because it's for mens. It's too bad... wonder why they couldn't make the capsules smaller and up the # of pills to take as opposed to being stuck on 3 pills a day notion and making the pills so big to fit in all the nutrition/ingredients.
