Glad this product seems to work for the other reviewers, but it did nothing for me. Have taken this product as directed for a week and have gotten zero benefit from it. I had run out of sleep-aid product called "Calm-U-Nat" which really helped me sleep through the night, but can't seem to find it anymore. I'll keep looking for another solution though, as these horse-pills don't assist me in falling asleep nor keeping me asleep once i get there.

I am finding it very difficult to sleep after a total knee replacement. My dr won't prescribe Ambien. Over-the-counter sleep aids not working. I am easily asleep in 10-15 mins with only 1 pill. Since I am in pain, I may wake up again, but since dosage is 2 pills, I just take another pill. Does not make me groggy. Would HIGHLY recommend.

I posted a review a couple of years ago. These pills saved me back then. I hadn't used them in a while because I didn't have a need, but recently I haven't been able to sleep. I was relieved to see that these pills work as well for me now as they did back then.

Works very well when you are stressed about stuff and can't turn your brain off. You need a good 8 hours after taking it or you will be a bit groggy, but not 10 or so like some others can do. Seems to work calmly and gently. The effectiveness of this product has made me an Irwin Naturals convert.

This product has been awesome. I was really stressing out at nights for some reason. I would be tired but my mind just wouldn't stop. I was just laying in bed thinking, and thinking. So I gave these a shot, worried about not being able to wake up for my kids or feeling groggy in the morning. THEY WERE PERFECT! I take them when I i know I'm restless and 30-45 min later go to bed. I feel relaxed and I go to sleep no problem. I never have a problem feel groggy, I wakeup if my kids need me. It's just helps you feel relaxed. And they work great for stress too!! Recommend very highly.
