I have used this product before. And now I'm coming back to it for a little assistance's. I lost over 20 pounds (over a 2+ month time period), with also cutting sugar out of my diet - very key. I already have high energy and am very active. I exercise regularly and eat pretty well. I drank a ton of water, which also helps you with loosing weight. You DO have to take it regularly or it wont work - just like anything else. The only side effects I got from this product, is the jitters, if I didn't eat when the time period says to eat after taking it - so that's users fault, really. I'm hoping to get the same results when taking it this time around. Since that was over 5 years ago. I've been taking it now for 1 week. We'll see how it goes...................I'm optimistic

i take one pill in the morning, two pills 30 minutes before lunch, and two before excercize and dinner. I excercize 30 minutes 5 times a week, sometimes everyday of the week but I try not to. The product has helped me lose 30 pounds, and go from a 40 to a 34 inch waist in about 6 months. Product works great and as advertised. I changed my diet however once i started using this product. it's important to remember that you have to work along with the product to help make it effective. Which means cutting out all the greasy foods and eliminating almost if not all fast foods.

Had read some decent things about this product, but was unable to use it myself secondary to side effects. In addition to a painful burning sensation in my stomach, I also was lightheaded at time (despite making sure to drink plenty of fluids).

I am 30 year old male 5,10' 175 muscular. I wanted to drop just that last 10#. This stuff is helping me in that It has been several weeks and I am down 3# already. The flip side is that it is cold now here in new england, and the holidays are here, and the body wants to store fat for the winter cycle so I am consuming 30%MORE calories, I am also exercising less. With this in mind, that fact that I am slowly losing weight is very positive for me.

Here's the dirt: I find that it does not, really surpress my appetite. It does not "pep" me up like being high on coffee. This is good because it does not interfere with sleep cycles. The pills float so swollowing them can be a little difficult. I have proof that they work because I have been making some very impressive bowel movements, as compared to my own normalcy.

Bottom line is these things work for me. Combined with a proper diet, and exercise program, they provide just that little extra edge to reach your goals.

I tried Lean System 7 several years ago and lost some weight without side effects. Recently I decided to try it once again since the formula has supposedly been improved, and felt weird after taking it. In fact, I had a hard time swallowing (very scary!) I stopped taking the product and the swallowing issue went away. I waited a few days and started taking Lean System 7 once again and the swallowing issue came back. Thankfully drugstore.com was great about the return process. I recommend that you use this product with caution.

Granted, I only had 15 pounds to lose, but these capsules supressed my appetite while I enjoyed a balanced five little meals a day. I walked three days and did free weights everyday and lost the weight in seven weeks. I loved them. Whoever game it one star should keep journal entries of what was eaten daily. She may be surprised at just how MUCH she ate without realizing it.

I have almost finished 1 bottle. I'm strict with what I eat and exercise half an hour 3-4 times daily and it does nothing for me. I had great expectation of it after reading many positive reviews and now feel very disappointed!
