MX-LS7 does work when taken as directed but you have to WORK OUT! If you're just taking these pills and not changing your diet and not working out then of course you not going to see results. This product gives you more energy when working out helping you have a more strenuous work out. These pills are not some magical weight loss pill, there is no such thing as a diet pill that drops the pounds just by you taking them. MX-LS7 is a pill that will help you lose weight but once again you have to put in the effort. If you're serious about weight loss and are willing to change your lifestyle by working out and eating better then MX-LS7 can help you reach your goal. If you're looking for some miracle pill that will burn your fat while you keep eating fatty foods and not working out then keep dreaming.

I've tried many different weight loss supplements. So far this is the most effective one I have tried. I would suggest that when you first start taking the product that you don't take the full dosage (3 pills) - start with one or two, as I found it very strong to start with. I also don't take the full second dose in the afternoon - I find that if I take more than one in the afternoon (as well as the full morning dose) I end up feeling a bit ill.

It has a horrible aftertaste and it is difficult to swallow, even with plenty of water. I wish I could get my money back. Then, again, I haven't pursued that avenue.

If your only problem is hunger when you are on a diet this product is fine, but if you eat for psychological or emotional reasons, forget it. It really only seemed to fill my stomach, which did not stop me from eating, because I did not find it a comfortable or pleasant sensation to feel full from just a mix of water and gelatin, which did not even provide a plesant burp factor. As a recovered anorexic, I found that feeling full was not a particularly pleasant feeling, either, particularly when I only felt full from cold liquid. I lost no weight whilst trying this product. So, although it is comparitively cheap as compared to other drugs, you would need to examine your reasons for eating to determine if it would be successful for you.

I was working out 4-5 times a week for longer than a year, lost 10 lbs (goal achieved!!!) and even though couldn't get rid of the "spare tire" around my waist - I'm a woman in my mid 30-s and it's getting more and more difficult-- I decided to try fat burners and made a detailed research and found MX-LS7. I've been taking it for almost 5 months, and am very happy with this product. 2 months ago I started getting visible results - all my friends have been telling me that I look thinner! More importantly, I feel great! I had very slight dizziness after taking this product in the beginning, but less than 2 weeks later my body totally accepted it. So I guess combining MX-LS7 with proper diet and work out regimen will give great results, and may even exceed expectations! I recommend this product to those who want to improve their body.

I'm on my second bottle and I haven't lost a pound! Only God knows why I even bothered to buy a second bottle. Figured maybe my body needed to get used to it. The worst! Wouldn't recommend it to anybody!

LS7 (original) helped me drop 40 lbs 2 years ago. The pills had no negative side effects. I gained back about 8 lbs., and decided to try MX-LS7. The good news is that it works. I dropped 4 of the 8 lbs. that I wanted to lose in 2 days. The bad news is that it made me feel dizzy and nauseous. Isatori apparently upped the formula, the caffeine and the dosage (3 vs. 2 pills). I recommend (and Isatori should) starting with 1 pill, and working your way up if tolerable. I am a petite female around 130 lbs, which is overweight for my frame. Two pills make me feel "funny, but not sick. Bottom line: It works, but use with caution.
As a dietary supplement, take one serving (3 capsules) twice daily with a full glass of water, approximately 30 minutes before meals and/or exercise. Read the entire label before use and follow directions. Do not exceed 4 capsules in a 4-hour period. Do not consume within 4 hours prior to sleep. For best results, use with a nutrition and exercise program. Individuals weighing over 200 lbs may consider taking 4 capsules twice daily.
