Do not use in combination with synephrine or caffeine from other sources, including but not limited to, coffee, tea, soda, and other dietary supplements or medications containing phenylephrine or caffeine. Do not use for more than eight weeks in a row. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Improper use of this product will not improve results and is not advised. Discontinue two weeks prior to surgery or if you experience rapid heart beat, dizziness, severe headache, or shortness of breath. Do nut use if safety seal under cap is broken.
Mix one serving (one level scoop) of PWR™ with 4-6 ounces of water, and drink 15-20 minutes before you workout, preferably on an empty stomach. Because PWR is so intense and potent, you may want to begin use with one-half the recommended serving for the first week, to assess your tolerance. On non-training days, you do not need to take PWR, unless you need an intense stimulant effect. If you decide to take more than the recommended dosage, you do so at your own risk and liability. To avoid sleeplessness, do not take within 4 hours of sleep.
