I have also found out that it can be used as a shampoo as well. I was out of shampoo and I used Ivory to wash my hair. It was more managable and shiny than it had been with my "name brand" shampoo. The smell is very pleasant. I just wish Drugstore.com carried it in Jasmine...it's the best fragrence. Perhaps it has something to do with the formula to make it a body wash or else it just isn't as 'pure' as it used to be - regardless, she had an allergic reaction to it. Comments about Ivory Body Wash, Original: This bodywash (Fresh Snow) is the best I have used. My husband and I both use it. I have sensitive skin and this bodywash cleanses great, leaves my skin soft and doesn't leave a oily residue like many bodywashes. I love the scent, its clean and fresh smelling. Any body spray or fragrance will go with this bodywash. One last thing, the bottles are large and affordable. I will use this as long as they make it! Comments about Ivory Body Wash, Original: I have mobility issues, so it takes me a while to take a shower and get dressed. This leaves my skin so soft--if I'm in a hurry I can skip putting lotion on. Comments about Ivory Body Wash, Original: I haven't used the Ivory "Fresh Snow" Body Wash, because the smell is annoying to my nose. I must say that I am (occasionally) sensitive to many perfumes/synthetic fragrances, but not all. When I received my bottle, I was anticipated "Fresh Snow" which is written on the bottle on this site; however, when I looked at the bottle I received, it says, "Simple Clean". I am uncertain what I was expecting with "Fresh Snow". Perhaps, "Simple Clean" is the same? If it is, I don't care for it. Was this review helpful?
