I never thought sitting would be so strenuous. Or Fun. Remember being a kid, when your parents would tell you to sit still? Want that energy back? I use this ball as my office chair. It does not slip. It is very comfortable. I am always wiggling around, and given the right music, it INSPIRES dancing. I can feel it in my legs, and twice as much in my abs. Gone are the days of bad posture, the numb spot from sitting on my tailbone, or fatigue. Your legs provide the position, your hips the stability, and your abdomen is used for everything else. Due to the nature of the material of the ball, you can't *slide* in your seat, which FORCES you to TURN at the waist..much like an aerobic workout. It's also a great platform for a stretch or two. Pay special attention to the size. If you're short, get the 65cm ball. Taller people will want the 75. The harder the ball, the harder the "workout". But *definitely* replace your office chair.
