I bought this for my husband, as he adheres to a serious fitness routine and needed another challenge for abdominal workouts. He loves this! Caution, you really need to know what you're doing to avoid muscle strain; i.e., to start (if you're a beginner) just roll out a little way. Don't attempt full extension of body until you need the challenge. Always keep ab muscle engaged and don't pull back all the way to kneeling position, because abs will not be engaged. It's quite a workout!
