Comments about J-Fit Fit Disk, Blue, 1 ea: These are great for balance and core strength. I use one to perform a variety of exercises and it definitely adds a challenge. I also got one for my dad, to help build strength and balance as his legs are getting weaker and his balance is getting worse.

Comments about J-Fit Fit Disk, Blue, 1 ea: Can use one or two at a time. I like to use two (one for each foot) while using hand weights for reverse fly's, curls, etc and also while playing certain games on the Wii - makes for a fun work out. They work best if not over inflated.
