Great room spray to use before bed if you have general stuffiness, allergies or are getting sick. Menthol spray feels soothing and doesn't make your room smell like a medicine cabinet. Make sure you don't spray it near your eyes!!!

We spray it in the room before bedtime. It is good sprayed in the bathroom before a shower. It can be sprayed esily in any room. Can be sprayed during the night when someone is sleeping too.

This is a feel good product. I spray in a steam shower, on my pillowcase. Sometimes I spray and just walk into the mist. The menthol aroma makes me feel better when I stressed. It's great for allergy season. I use it on my kids pillows when they colds or when they ask. They also love the smell.

I bought this upon reading recommendations from others on this product. It does do what others had mentioned. Really bothered by the pollen and allergy season here in the Northeast. This helps me breathe easier at night and alleviate the coughing. However, if you spray it on your pillow, scent is still there in the morning until the pillow case can be changed.

I use this product in the car for car sickness. I spray it on pillows for breathing better with a cold. And I just take a moment and spray it into the air and breath it in for a quick relaxaction. I also use it when the kids get quizzy. They love it.

The atomizer needs improvement...takes several pumps before mist releases, really great smell but you don't smell a thing after only a few minutes, our cat absolutely loves it though and seems to react to it like catnip....really funny to see (no worries, we're not spraying her with it...just spraying high in air as directed)

I have mild asthma and nasal problems since I was little. Yesterday, my allergy symptoms got worse and caused me difficult to breathe at the end of the day. I could finally breathe better with a few spray in the center of my room. Great product!
