Watkins Pain Relieving Liniment Spray, 4 fl oz: I've had knee surgery for a torn Meniscus and my orthopedic surgeon told me after surgery the cartilage is gone in that knee but unfortunately I'm too young for a knee replacement. She did mention Synvisc injections but before I go through that expense I thought I would try this product first. I'm sure glad I did cause it works great and I've had no side effects! I use it about 2 or 3 times a day. My son has also used it after working out and it helps with sore muscles as well. Great product in my book!

Comments about J.R. Watkins Pain Relieving Liniment Spray, 4 fl oz: This spray is so easy to use - no mess involved and the smell is wonderful. It works for sore knees, feet, etc! I used it on both kness (after slipping on a slippery floor last Tuesday) and within two days my knees stopped hurting. My husband and I have used this product for years and now my brother (former electrician) and his friends use it and love it!
