If you add to one part coconut oil, two parts of shea butter and one part organic virgin olive oil, you obtain the best moisturizer/emollient and makeup remover ever. (You have first to melt them together.)

Perfect to cook with... eggs, pancakes, fish, baking, whatever! because it does not have a heavy coconut taste. I put a spoonful in my protein shakes and sometimes just eat a spoonful of it plain! My 3 yr old even likes it. I put some in a separate container and also use as a lotion. Seriously can't get enough of this stuff.

Only issue was probably user error on my part. Tried with a cold salad that called for oil. It congealed - though still tasted fine, the texture was not right for the cold salad. Worked fantastically as a replacement for other oils in baking recipies though!

I had recently read about using coconut oil as a skin moisturizer and hair product. I was somewhat skeptical but decided to give it a try. After using this product, I am hooked. There is no odor, it does not feel greasy and a little goes a long way! I apply a small amount to my wet hair and let it air dry. My curly hair is exactly how I always wished it would look and feel! Well defined, frizz-free curls and so soft! And it stays that way all day. As for my skin, I don't think I will ever buy one of those expensive skin creams again. I am such a fan of coconut oil!
I've been using this product for almost a month and the results are still impressive and awesome.

I bought 3 kinds of Coconut Oil like this in short period of time. A taste test puts this one lowest. Others are 'creamy' and have more flavor than Jarrows. Won't buy again.

I have been using this as a face and body moisturizer. It is great! My skin is so soft and looks younger. I use it under make up and it works better than those expensive creams.

I have been using coconut oil for at least 2 years now; once you start applying it on a regular basis you always crave it. Apply it immediately after the shower, face and body, and then finish whatever you need to do before putting on clothes as it takes about 10-15 minutes to absorb. I just put on my lounge clothes and have never experienced oil residues on the clothing… Have yet to try it on my hair although I am very curious! (Using olive oil with essential oils for my dry scalp and it's OK at the moment.)

It is also great for cooking because of its high smoke point; versus EVOO, which is not good for med-high temperature cooking. The only down side is that it spatters on occasion and it requires a little extra cleaning because it is an oil. Barely adds flavor.
