Since my recent Nerve problems, my step father suggested that I take some vitamins to help with my symptoms. I've been taking this a along with b12 and vitamin c and for over a month and I believe it has reduced my symptoms significantly. I'm able to get around better and even take drive my kids to school which is something I couldn't a month ago. I would suggest this to everyone especially people with nerve damage.
