Being a female and worried about going bald, I have tried just about everything (pills, shampoos). Nothing seemed to ever really work. I tried this shampoo/conditioner combo over a year ago, while gone for 4.5 mos, and when I returned home many people commented that my hair looked thicker. Mostly I noticed that the shedding of my newer hairs had pretty much stopped. I ran out of shampoo, and my hair started shedding like crazy for about 6 m. I ordered more about 4 months ago, and i am currently on my second bottle. Shedding stopped about half way through this bottle, and I am never going without the shampoo again! The conditioner wasn't very good; so I use Giovanni 50:50 which is amazing. One bad thing for me was that my scalp broke out for the first month or so (I wash every day b/c my hair gets so oily after a day), but I assume that was the cleansing action of the shampoo.worth a try for those of you that have lost hope, just stick with it; it may work! Cons Best Uses Comments about Jason Natural Cosmetics Shampoo, Thin-To-Thick Hair & Scalp Therapy, 8 fl oz: This shampoo has a smell similar to those with tea tree oil, but not unpleasant. Lathering work best with hair very wet, not just a quick dunk under the shower head. I try to leave the product on my head for longer than usual, even bundling my hair in a towel and letting it stay on for 30 minutes or so and the longer the conditioner stays on my hair, the softer and fluffier it looks when dry. Menopause is wreaking havoc on my hair, so I have been looking for something that would help it look fuller. My hair is baby fine and very straight, but I was pleased with the slightly fuller look that I got after using this Jason product just once.

Comments about Jason Natural Cosmetics Shampoo, Thin-To-Thick Hair & Scalp Therapy, 8 fl oz: My hair is so thin my scalp gets sunburned if I don't wear a hat. This really adds body and makes my hair look healthier.

Best Uses Comments about Jason Natural Cosmetics Shampoo, Thin-To-Thick Hair & Scalp Therapy, 8 fl oz: We use this on our daughters hair, started out for my husband but he wasn't as happy with this. Does not rinse out well at all. Doesn't smell horrible but not exactly a nice fragrance either.

Comments about Jason Natural Cosmetics Shampoo, Thin-To-Thick Hair & Scalp Therapy, 8 fl oz: All the Jason products that I have used have been a cut above anything else on the market. I can, without hesitation, recommend this and all their products. They are wonderful for those of us with thin hair. "Thin-to-Thick" is not just a catchy slogan where this shampoo is concerned--these products are a real Godsend!

Comments about Jason Natural Cosmetics Shampoo, Thin-To-Thick Hair & Scalp Therapy, 8 fl oz: I am a black female with natural/permed hair. I am in the process of growing out my natural hair after relaxing for many years. I have not relaxed my hair in almost a year. I have tried so many products and wasted so much money when all I needed was this shampoo and conditioner set. It leaves my hair soft, manageable and easy to comb. I love this product so much that I have already ordered more for fear of running out! The price is great and I just can't say how much I love it!

Comments about Jason Natural Cosmetics Shampoo, Thin-To-Thick Hair & Scalp Therapy, 8 fl oz: I love this shampoo, it worked the first day I tried it. I bought it at my local grocery store, but they didn't have the conditioner. The conditioner I use right now weighs down my hair (only using it till I get the conditioner for this shampoo). Other than that it smells wonderful and I can tell a difference when using this shampoo.

Comments about Jason Natural Cosmetics Shampoo, Thin-To-Thick Hair & Scalp Therapy, 8 fl oz: I am a 60 yr. old Black woman with thinning, relaxed hair. Because my hair is extremely fine, I am careful about products that weigh it down. I also wash my hair only twice a week. This product, used with the conditioner, left me with a rough, nappy Afro, which was impossible to comb through even after blow-drying it. I even tried flat-ironing it and had no success. Needless to say, I am extremely unhappy with this product.

Comments about Jason Natural Cosmetics Shampoo, Thin-To-Thick Hair & Scalp Therapy, 8 fl oz: I started using this shampoo after I had 3 surgeries and my hair was falling out by handfuls. That was 9 years ago. My hair is back to being thick and shiny. I recommend this shampoo!

Cons Best Uses Comments about Jason Natural Cosmetics Shampoo, Thin-To-Thick Hair & Scalp Therapy, 8 fl oz: I've been using this almost daily for about two weeks, and it works well. I think it lathers well as long as my hair is quite wet and I use enough shampoo. I love how soft and manageable my hair is! I have not yet noticed a change in my scalp, although certainly the product hasn't made my scalp worse... but I am in hopes I'll see actual improvement soon. The conditioner is fantastic too. Love the company and its ideals and ethics. The only real con for me is the price.
