I bought these as a replacement for the Clean & Clear oil absorbing sheets I was using, since these are significantly less expensive. I was pleasantly surprised by these sheets after reading the previous reviews. The first time I used one, I went back over my face with a Clean & Clear sheet, and no more oil came off; it had all been absorbed by the Jean Pierre sheet. I have torn one before, as another reviewer mentioned, but with a little care they're fine. Occasionally, I have to use two, but it's the same with other products I've used; I guess I'm just very oily. The plastic case is far superior to the cardboard cases other sheets come in, and makes it easy to get one sheet out at a time. They're smooth and gentle on my sensitive skin, and don't have any powder on them.

I have very oily skin and have used Clean and Clear, Clinique and other brands of oil-blotting sheets. These are not as good as any other brand I've used. I end up using three for every one sheet that would be necessary with other brands, and my skin still looks a bit shiny after. They are less expensive, but you get what you pay for.

Don't waste your money. These don't blot oil at all. They just stick to your face. Next time, I'll spend a few extra dollars for something that actually works.

Comments about Jean Pierre Cosmetics Oil-Absorbing Facial Tissues, 50 sheets:

I tried the cheaper brand in an effort to be thrifty. It was, however, a total waste of my money. I'll keep trying to find a good product like Boscia, but hopefully at a more reasonable price.
