I found these because I hate Gu as a fuel replishment on long runs and find I was doing nothing. This is far better. Tastes great and works well. Resealable pouch and small so easy to store in shorts without additional bulk, can easily eat on the run. The cherry with caffeine is great too [...]

These are great for a pick me up while engaged in sports. I won't go skiing or biking without them! The resealable pack is nice to have. Make sure that you drink a bunch when you have them so that you get the best effect.

Before Workout: Eat one packet about 30 minutes before exercise with 1-2 cups of water.

During Workout: Eat as needed, aiming for one packet every 45 minutes of activity.

After Workout: Eat to help replenish muscle stores of carbohydrates. As always, consume with water to replace fluids lost through sweat.
