I have been eating Jelly Belly sugarless beans for sometime now and re-discovered them. I suck on them and don't chew for that cost me a hell of a lot of dental work - so I suck on them and when they get sticky I toss - this way I get the best and don't worry about weight (which I always worry about). I haven't experienced any special stomach issues (and I have other stomach problems which have not gotten worse. The flavor is perfect=you wouldn't know they were sugarles. All around I am most pleased - though expensive - and I hope you will give them a try. Sherrie Holtz

The taste is light, not too sweet, but not anywhere close to the original Jelly Belly. My problem is with at least one of the ingredients. After having a regular size serving, I spent the rest of the day in severe pain, with cramps, bloating, and extreme gas. Not pretty. I've done some reading, and think it is the polydextrose which is the culprit. I feel compelled to warn others about the possibility of a similar reaction.

Comments about Jelly Belly Sugar-Free Jelly Beans, Assorted Flavors:

As a diabetic I've tasted many sugar-free snacks, candies and most are decent. However these jelly beans had a very strange aftertaste.
      I do not recommend.

I love the brand and the jelly beans are very good. I thought this was a great bargin until I received the item. The bag was very small for the price.

These really taste good...almost as good as regular Jelly Bellys. They tame my sugar craving. Make sure to only eat the recommended serviing of 8 or you will have some major gastric problems. The first time I tried them, I ate the whole bag. I had to go home sick.

Do not eat more than 8 at a time as they recommend. Especially on an empty stomach. Did not get cramping or gas like other sugar free stuff can do, but shocking diarrhea.

Tastewise, not so great either. And expensive. Disappointment all the way around.

These Sugar-free Jelly Belly candies made me extremely ill. I thought I had a stomach flu, but it was the candy. I am warning you not to eat them. It is not worth the pain and suffering that will ensue.
