I purchased this as a facial cleanser. I use it on my face as a substitute for soap to remove makeup and deep clean. I apply it before my shower in the AM and rinse it off last thing in the shower. It rinses off easily in the shower! Love the scent, clean and fresh!

At bed time, I use warm water and a wash cloth to remove it, as rinsing alone doesn't remove it effectively. It takes a bit more effort to rinse it off. Makes your skin feel soft, clean and moisturized and smells wonderful!

Very prompt delivery. One jar lost its cover in transit and made a mess!
It was promptly replaced, without the hassle of returning the half empty jar, thankyouverymuch! Customer service was efficient and helpful, but abrupt and made no apologies for the inconvenience.

I use this on my face and neck and no other product. I have been fighting eczema for over 3 years and this one of very few products that work and have no glycerine, PEB(s), etc.

This stuff ROCKS. I have dry sensitive skin and cannnot use water or soap. I cover my hair and work this in, remove with tissue and it takes it all off, make up and all.

I add a bit of baking soda, and use a facial scrub (no more high priced Laura Mercier face polish) - it genlty exfoliates your skin for a radiant glow

I add a bit of moisturizer, go to sleep and my skin is super soft and ready for the next day

This old cold cream is the best stuff out there, the cheapest too. Keeps your skin clean polished and soft.

...but smells like a grandma. I live in the dessert. This product not only prevents my skin from cracking and itching and bleeding (not an exaggerration), but it also makes my skin look and feel so touchably soft. Too bad it gives off really-old-lady fumes, but with results this good from a product so cheap, I will never stop using this cream. It works so well, I'm not even going to take off a star for the smell.

This works great but I can't use it on my face; I got the so-called "newer" formulation and it is true, it smells terrible - chemical-y. I would like to get the older formulation and compare. So for my money, Pond's gets it!

I've tried multiple products for normal, oily, normal/oily, dry, normal/dry, skin, etc. This is the only cream I have used in the past 10 years that actually completely moisturizes my skin and lasts! It may not cost much, but it does the job. I was very skeptical, but read the other reviews here and decided to try it. I had deep creases forming on my forehead, lots of fine dry lines showing from over exposure to the sun this summer. These are hardly noticeable anymore and the best part is that my skin tone is much more even. No more redness or darker patches from dryness or irritation. I am also breaking out less, probably from leaving my face alone and not continually touching it or itching it subconsciously from dryness.
I use it for cleansing my skin of makeup, moisturizing in day and night (I tissue off any excess if it feels too much).

This product is very heavy, and the scent, though pleasant, is strong. Having said that, it moisutrizes really well. I don't use it on my face because it clogs my pores just a bit. I use it mainly on my very, very dry feet, and it really helps. Other greasy moisturizers like Nivea seem like they are working well, but leave my skin much dryer the next day.

The picture on the label should give you a clue that this stuff is straight out of World War II. No doubt Rosie the Riveter used it. It smells awful and has the consistency of spackle. I threw it right in the trash since I didn't have any holes in the wall to repair.
