I absolutely love this lotion. It smells great but isn't overpowering, leaves my skin super soft for long periods of time, and is very gentle. I can put it on after my shower and when I wake up in the morning I'm still soft and smooth. Same thing if I put it on before work, still soft when I get home. (I have very dry skin) The only issue I have is that you have to rub it in well and let it really soak in. My skin drinks it up, but it still leaves a light "creamy" (best word I can think of) residue for a while. It isn't exactly oily and it's not tacky, but it is a light residue. I use a little bit on my face once in a while when it's really dry and have had no issues with breakouts like with other lotions.

I've tried other shea butter moisturizers but they don't absorb and/or leave a greasy coating.

This is the BEST body lotion on the market. I have tried everything from Vaseline to Chanel. Nothing moisturizes better. I put it on before bed and wake up with legs as smooth as baby's. It also has a smooth application.

I am a long time user of the Jergens original lotion, but wanted to give the shea butter version a try. I am absolutely in love the smell! The lotion itself moisturizes well. I've bought one for home and one for the office.

I use it after shower to make my body shine and moist and also bedtime, the next morning my skin feels so soft,more radiant and smells sweet.
But I purchased mine about $18 in Indonesia, a lil bit expensive but this product worth the money

This works best after shaving and for winter dryness. I don't have extremely dry skin and found that this lotion took a long time to soak into my skin, leaving me greasy, and sticky. I found that if I just use it for after hand washing, it works very well. Love the smell, too. When I finish this bottle, I will go back to Curel.

Dr. Phil recommended using lotions with Shea butter. I have always loved Jergens lotion and thought this would be a perfect product to keep my skin moist. Both my husband and I use this lotion and love it!

I have several different moisturizers and lotions half used at home, some rather expensive. But so far, Jergen's Shea Butter is my favorite and the lotion is going down fast. Recently I discovered 'shea butter', and by the list of ingredients, Jergen's has it listed right after water among all of the ingredients in their product. No matter how costly, the others that say they have it, it isn't the main ingredient. Pure African shea butter was what I was looking for, and I got it with this product. I love vanilla and coconut scent, and wish this lotion had even a longer lasting scent. But it is pleasant; if you don't like vanilla, you won't notice it very long on your skin anyway. Wonderful product!
