I use it after shower to make my body shine and moist and also bedtime, the next morning my skin feels so soft,more radiant and smells sweet.
But I purchased mine about $18 in Indonesia, a lil bit expensive but this product worth the money

This works best after shaving and for winter dryness. I don't have extremely dry skin and found that this lotion took a long time to soak into my skin, leaving me greasy, and sticky. I found that if I just use it for after hand washing, it works very well. Love the smell, too. When I finish this bottle, I will go back to Curel.

Dr. Phil recommended using lotions with Shea butter. I have always loved Jergens lotion and thought this would be a perfect product to keep my skin moist. Both my husband and I use this lotion and love it!

I have several different moisturizers and lotions half used at home, some rather expensive. But so far, Jergen's Shea Butter is my favorite and the lotion is going down fast. Recently I discovered 'shea butter', and by the list of ingredients, Jergen's has it listed right after water among all of the ingredients in their product. No matter how costly, the others that say they have it, it isn't the main ingredient. Pure African shea butter was what I was looking for, and I got it with this product. I love vanilla and coconut scent, and wish this lotion had even a longer lasting scent. But it is pleasant; if you don't like vanilla, you won't notice it very long on your skin anyway. Wonderful product!

I find it works best right after shaving or exfoliating the skin. It doesn't cause irritation as I've had with other lotions when I use after a shave. Make sure to massage it into the skin to be sure that it's fully absorbed. As an everyday moisturizer (you need only apply once a day) it works great, but I have extremely dry patches of skin on my feet which it hasn't been able to correct, so it hasn't done anything for those specific problem areas. However, everywhere else, I've noticed how silky soft it makes my skin. If you're a budget buyer, this is a good product for you since it does a pretty decent job for very little. Should last a good few months, too, judging by the size of the bottle.

I have used Jergens Shea Butter for many years; every single day when I get out of the shower...I love the subtle smell; how quickly it absorbs into my skin without feeling greasy and/or cheap and - especially - how well it completely moisturizes my VERY sensitive skin. Unfortunately, I have had a number of major surgeries over the past 45 years; and fortunately, I also had two wonderful children within 13 months (Irish Twins!) 20-21 years ago, but I swear that because I have been fanatical about using lotion after getting out of the shower and/or bath each day since I was around 16 years old, I honestly have no stretch marks - my one and only claim to vanity - that's all I got...My last big surgery was in April 2007 when I had a total left hip replacement, and I used Jergens Shea Butter as soon as I was allowed on the surgical site and the scar from that particular operation, although approx. 10 inches long, is not vivid or terribly obvious nearly four years later and I put that down to the Jergens in all honesty. I've tried other products, both pricey AND inexpensive (you always think the grass is greener in so many aspects of life, but it rarely is), but I always go back to the Jergens Shea Butter; the awesome smell doesn't hurt, either; sometimes I don't even use perfume and people STILL notice the aroma of the body lotion, especially those who have been VERY close to me and have loved it, also.. Can you tell already how much I adore this product?? It's an awesome deal on so many different levels and I highly, highly recommend it for ladies of all ages everywhere!!

I am usually a sucker for more expensive brands & fall prey to their marketing but saw someone comment in a magazine somewhere they love this lotion... so since i am broke i tried it...I LOVE this lotion better than all the fancy more expensive lotions i have tried over the years includig ones from expensive perfume makers. This lotion is rich but not greasy and skin feels silky soft after a few minutes to absorb. The smell i dont know what a few people were complaining about the smell is truly light and lovely. It is a very mild creamy vanilla smell that goes away in a few minutes to a clean Ivory soap with a faint hint of vanilla. An hour or two later no smell at all detectable even with a big close sniff. I absolutley will never ever waste my money on high end lotions again. My husband is a real stinker about smells and he did not notice it at all other than to comment that my skin felt soft.

I love this lotion! It smells good and it really does what I pay for it to do. I usually apply lotion after showering and that's all I have to do for the whole day. I don't plan on using any other lotion!

Can't tell you how much money I have spent for an "all over" moisturizer. I'm going to stick with this one!
