These worked pretty well when I used these. I used them on and off for a couple months. The directions said to take them every 2 hours but i felt like a was "crashing" a half an hour before that. An added benefit is that this product actually helped me lose weight. it was almost as if it made any amount of hunger go away, but it made my stomach feel empty, but i had to urge to eat.

Works really well and is a MUCH MUCH cheaper way to get caffeine than energy drinks. One of these can last you somewhere between 3-6 hours, with out the jumpy, sweatiness you get with energy drinks. The only downside I've found is that sometimes when you are really tired and you take it, it won't really make you more alert, it will just make it hard for you to sleep when you do try. Other than that, I like these a lot better than energy drinks and I'd choose these over a maximum strength caffeine pill.

You can't beat these for a little boost of caffeine. Great to counter effects of medication that makes you drowsy, or just for a little extra pickup. This size is great as you can easily adjust how much you want or need.

I just don't like coffee and sometimes tea is hard to find. These tablets have half of what most other caffeine pills have (which is too much for me) so they are perfect.
