I use this product once a week....brightens my graying hair...but use the Silver plus shampoo once a week also...as both have a blue additive, I would not use more than once a week Service and Delivery from drugstore.com is exceptional!!!

I love it! I use shampoos and conditioners to enhance my silver hair, but this adds that extra shine that I can't get without it. I ran out and didn't reorder. I have definitely noticed the difference and won't let that happen again.

I guess I have an advantage to the other reviewers, as I've never used the previous Jhirmack conditioner. I found this on a Clearance shelf and now wish I'd purchased more than one box. I found that this conditioner was easy to use, (leave it on, how easy does THAT get?)and I also loved that it left my rapidly greying hair looking WHITE and not yellowish. I love this product, and will purchase it again AND recommend it to my friends who are graying.

I tried this new conditioner and found it was good, but not as good as the original Jhirmack Silver Brightening Conditioner I had been using for over 10 years. I did not like the residue it left in my hair. My hair did not seem as soft as when I used the original conditioner.
I wish they had not discontinued the original conditioner. I still have some left and have been using it sparingly so that it will last.
I've tried other silver hair conditioners and they are OK, but I much preferred the Jhirmack product.
