Something people to need to realize before using this product is it needs to be paired with a detox diet e.i. cutting out dairy, grains and fats out of your diet while detoxing to feel the full effects. Jillian states it isn't a quick fix. You have to work hard to get the results you want. The first 3 days I didn't notice anything but after doing the detox diet and taking this supplement I lost almost a pound every couple days until my desired weight. I feel better now and weigh less. I was about 20 pounds overweight and now I'm 5 away from my goal. I tried many times to lose the weight and failed until I did this detox program.

not only did I not lose any weight or feel any boost in energy, but the first week strips you of all the good bacteria/probiotics which caused me to become very ill the second week with the flu, bronchitis, and a sinusitis infection. I missed four days of work and the event that I was trying to look good for in the first place. I am a big fan of Jillian Michaels, but she should not endorse this product. do not buy.

Jillian Michaels is all about money and making it off of others misery. Shame on her for putting her face on a product that doesnt do what it says. I bought her entire line of products and had no luck on any of them. No side effects, which is good, but I might as well have taken a skittle, it did the same for me.

I am only on the fourth day of taking the detox pills and I was in the bathroom all night. When I called the 800 number on the box to ask a question because I was having diarrhea I was told by the lady that the detox product doesn't contain a laxative. WHAT EVER - Buckhorn bark powder is used as a laxative! The box says not to take that any more if diarrhea develops and the lady was like "oh just go on to to the fat burner and probiotic replenishment." Then tried to sell me more! Not sure if I want to continue or not.

Very Disappointed in this product. I followed the directions exactly as listed and so no effect at all. The first 24-36 hours i had a really bad headache but after that was gone, I saw nothing else. No cleansing/detox effect. No weight loss. Not even water loss.
I had hoped for at least some sort of result but instead feel like I wasted my time and money.

This was a joke. I saw no change in energy level - if it's supposed to rid you of the bloat, it fails. The directions were so shotty and vague. No dietary suggestions accompanied the product - I was not sure if it should be taken on empty stomach or with food, it just said drink a glass of water. WTH? Seriously folks don't waste your money - there's no kick start involved here at all. Sorry Jillian...I do like you, but your product, well, it sucks.

I bought this product because I am a huge Jillian fan. First of all I weigh myself weekly on Saturdays to make sure I keep track of any deviations in my weight. I started taking these pills on a Friday evening. By Monday I had hoped on the scale because I was feeling quite bloated and yucky all around. Turns out I had gained 7 lbs between weighing myself Saturday AM and the time I got on the scale Monday. The one and only thing that had changed was the supplements. By my next official Saturday AM weigh in I was 5 lbs heavier than the prior week. The following week after doing the fat burner and probiotic week I was 3 lbs heavier than I had been. During all this the only change was the supplements. Even though I had realistically lost weight taking the supplements I initially gained weight. I'm still trying to get back on track from it. The one plus is that I had a bowel movement every single day. That in and of itself is a miracle for me. I am the type of person who was lucky to go 3-4 times a week! Even though I am disappointed with the weight gain it was nice to be regular for a couple weeks.
All in all I'm still on the fence about how I feel about this product. I'm tempted to try just the fat burner by itself to see the results I get from that. I generally have a hard time with all kinds of "cleanse" products due to my digestive system.
Use in conjunction with any sensible diet and exercise program. Individual results may vary. Take 2 MetaCaps of the Detox & Cleanse component with a full glass of water twice per day, in the morning and early evening, for 7 days. Do not exceed 4 MetaCaps per day. Following the 7 day detox/cleanse period, take 1 Probiotic MetaCap per day with a full glass of water for 7 days. This treatment may be repeated every 3 to 4 months as desired. Store at controlled room temperature: 15°-30°C/59°-86°F.
