1. for best performance, push cone to bottom of chamber before adding medicine
2. attach mouth piece to T connector and corrugated tube
3. connect the tubing on to the nebulizer and to a source of gas
4. be sure connections are secured
5. tighten elastic about head and over ears
6. if there is concern of mask failure, replace mask immediately
