The first time I used it, I thought: " Finally, so something that actually does what it promises!" However, tried the deep treatment suggestion, but did not work any better than the daily 3-minute treatment, so that is all I do now. Love this!

I am sorry some people have had problems with this product. Years ago, I tried the one for red hair, and it turned my scalp pink, so I stopped using it. I have been going silvery grey with red hair for some time, but I feel as though I am loosing myself to a degree, and wanted to add some beauty back into my hair. I do not want to color, because then I'd have a tiger by the tail, and don't want to suffer the pains of growing it out! Also, coloring is expensive and not in my budget! This is a great product. The most important direction I can give anyone, is to shampoo, CONDITION, and then use the gloss. I read the other articles, and didn't want my hair to become dry, but following the directions as outlined on the box really works! Even doing the 20 minute route, you are supposed to shampoo and then condition before drying and styling your hair. This is probably a large part of why hair will become brittle, difficult to comb and style. Just be diligent on following the directions, and you should be fine! Now all I need is a new haircut! My hair looks so much better already! I am hoping this will just keep getting better and better!

Easy to use, brightens up my color. The smell is to strong like purfume. Gave me a bad migraine. I am afraid to use again because of this.

This is a really great product if you want nice, shiny hair. It also helps "fill-in" damaged hair cuticles, giving the appearance and feel of much healthier hair. Plus you have the versatility of using it-5 minutes with a shower cap on in the shower, or 20 minutes with a shower cap on and under a microwaved, wet towel wrapped around your head. Of course, to get my money's worth, I do the 20 minute routine as it will last thru many more shampoos than the 5 minute treatment. You won't be disappointed-your hair will be very happy and SHINY!

I use the product at least 2 times a week to strengthen and control my fine thin and dry hair. It doesn't weight your hair down and is easy to use. I wish the bottle was bigger so it would last longer!
