I use John Frieda Frizz-Ease Care Daily Nourishment Leave-In Conditioning Spray at least twice a week and only spray a little bit, that's all you need for wavy/curly hair like mine and it last for a long long time.

No dislikes on this one, just adore it!!!

After washing and conditioning hair, I put product in my hands to emulsify and then spread evenly throughout my hair. Then scrunch-gently!

It does soften my hair to a degree, but not enough to control all of the frizz! I have damaged hair.

The curls produced are not quite as tight as I prefer.

All in all a really good product, just not for me.

In all fairness, I lost about 1/3 of my hair due to stress, so a more filling product is on order till it grows back. This is not quite filling enough.

I shampoo and Condition my hair, then use this product. When i use it i use it on semi-damp to wettish hair. To me, it smells really good and i feel like it helps my hair stay healthy, BUT it doesn't really helps control frizz for me. I have THICK hair. It is semi-curly and reallllyy wavy. I use this product hoping it will help frizz, which it does, but only a LITTLE. like i can barely notice a difference for frizz. It does however work to keep hair healthy. So if you want it to make your hair healthy and smell good, go for it. But if you have hair like mine and you want it to control frizz, i would try and find something else.

This spray leave-in conditioner works great in the desert climate I live in. My hair has been very dry with static that gets worse as the day goes on. This spray doesn't feel like it gets all over me like other sprays I've tried. It's so lightweight it doesn't feel like there's any product on my hair, but my hair feels silky smooth. The best part is no more fly-away hair.

I've used this product for years. I have somewhere between wavy & curly hair (stylists hate me when I come in), I even have a few straight hairs. but when I come out of the shower, it's always a snarled mess. This conditioner helps detangle my hair allows my to comb it through and get on with my day. Too bad it's getting harder & harder to find...

Generally I spray this into my hair every day....but when it's time for a retouch of relaxer ..I part with my fingers into sub-sections and spray down the parted section before combing thru....it helps to eleviate tension on hair strands.

I bought this because I really wanted a leave-in conditioner. After the second use I noticed a difference. My hair was really soft and shiny. It also felt really light. It doesn't work miracles though. But what can you expect.

I first applied the leave in conditioning spray, followed by heat defeat.
After blow drying I used hair serum, extra strength. My hair looked amazing!

As soon as I get done shampooing and conditioning my hair, I spray John Frieda Frizz-Ease Care Daily Nourishment, then I pick my hair and brush, then I blow dry my hair and style, either pony tail, straiightener, or curling irons, or whatever the style I want for that day may be...
