I bought this product based on the previous reviews. So far I have had good results. I have used it before blow drying, as well as before using the flat iron. It does a good job of making my hair look very smooth and non-frizzy. I would recommend to others that have thick, slightly wavy hair, that has a tendancy to frizz in humid or moist conditions. For the price it is a great find. Smells good too!

Service and delivery comments:

The only down side was that the product leaked during shipment. When the box arrived I could smell the product, even though it was shrinked wrapped, the little stopper had come loose. A substantial amount (half) of it had leaked out, but Drugstore.com gave me a credit for future purchase. Customer service rep was helpful and courteous.

I have tried MANY heat protectors but none of them are as good as this one. I have wavy/curly hair so its hard for my hair to stay straight though out the day, but this product does miracles in my hair! It works amazingly! Even on a humid day at the end of the day my hair is still straight with this product. When i used others I was lucky if after an hour my hair was still straight. This product is perfect for you if you want heat protection and long lasting frizz free straight hair. I absolutely LOVE this product and I would definetly recommend it to everybody especially if you have wavy/curly hair and want it to last straight all day.

This product works amazing. I have very thick, curly/wavy hair that with just the use of just a flat iron, gets all curly by the end of the day. But since i've been using this stuff, my hair stays straight ALL DAY.

For those you say that it weighs your hair down, it's most likely because you're using too much or the nozzle isn't spraying evenly.
SPRAY 2-3 TIMES ON HANDS AND WORK EVENLY THROUGH DRY HAIR.

I love this product! I straighten my hair often so when my hair was becoming too dry to straighten the ends, I purchased this item. It works miracles! My hair straightens perfectly & is soft, scented, & well protected.

I bought this yesterday, and it works very well. It makes my hair smooth, helps straighten, protects against heat, and de-frizzes, just like it says. The only problem it has is if you use it on dry hair, it makes your hair very greasy and weighs it down. So I recommend you use this on wet hair before blow-drying or use it on wet hair, let it air dry, and then straighten/curl your hair. Overall, I say it works amazingly. :D

this product is the best heat protectant i have ever tried. i will never use anything else. i noticed when i used it before using the straight iron that my hair was much easier to straighten. left my hair soft and best of all no frizzies
