First I have to state that I relax my hair which is a process that seeks to chemically eliminate natural curls from the hair. That being said, I still like to encourage my curls to come out of the submission into which they are forced by the relaxer and my In-Styler. This is where Dream Curls comes in: not only does it help define reluctant curls, but it also tames unruly ones. I was also able to extend my need for a touch up and even contemplated not relaxing again since this (with the help of Fructis) made the new growth curls soften up. My curls are shiny, soft and bouncy now. I'm ready for summer!!!

I have frizzy, wavy hair and thought this would help define my waves more. It really didn't do much...my hair was left a bit softer and some flyaways were tamed, but my waves were still limp.
I do find this stuff useful for smoothing down ponytails or other updos. After styling I spray some in my hands and smooth my hair with it. Works nicely for stray hairs.

I have long (about three inches past my shoulders), wavy, medium coarse, colored treated hair. I would describe it as frizzy, and porous. This product did nothing useful other than to soften my hair. It did NOT define my waves, and did not enhance my hair in any way. My hair was left dull, frizzy and limp. I evenly sprayed my hair (maybe about ten pumps) and combed it through with a wide tooth comb, then scrunched and diffused a bit, then let it air dry the rest of the way. Another ponytail day. [$] wasted.

Lately my hair has been a disaster. I have dyed it too often and all that blow drying did not help either. My hair is already fine and it looked, stringy, lifeless and my wavy/curly did not fall into place anymore. So I tried the full repair line from John Frieda and loved it! Then I decided to add this Dream Curls to my hairstyling and I was pleasantly surprised. My hair looks volumized, healthy and naturally curly again. I don't like to use too much because it can make my hair feel "crunchy and crispy." After I wash my hair and it is naturally dry, I comb it out a bit but the curls remain! I will by this again and again.

I have finally found the product I have been looking for - for about 23 years. I do not have one negative thing to say about it. I perm my own very long AND THIN hair and can spray and spray this in when it is wet and let air dry and not one piece is crunchy. Its soft and looks so healthy~And all my curl are defined again, even the ones I thought never had a chance of having anything left in them. I LOVE IT~ Thank you so much for a perfect product!!!

I have somewhat thin and naturally curly hair. I first started using this by spraying on after my shower and letting my hair air-dry. I was pretty happy with those results. Then, I started to blow-dry it for a couple minutes...not to the point that it's completely dry and the results were SO MUCH BETTER!! My hair has so much more body and the curls look great. I don't even need a refresher in the evening because the curls last all day long. Does not weigh my hair down, either. Love this stuff!!
