I only use this shampoo every three weeks to a month to clean out all the product built up in my hair. It lathers a lot and really takes out all of the junk that sticks to your scalp and hair. You may need to use a heavier conditioner on the days you use this shampoo because it is strong and leaves your hair squeaky clean and a little bit hard to get a comb through. Styling is always a breeze after using this shampoo. Your hair is fresh and new.
