I've used this product for years, every time I wash my dry-ish hair, twice a week. I thought my hair was getting stiff because I was aging and getting gray. I've had to use three or four times as much of the only (and very expensive) conditioner that doesn't make my fine hair limp.

Today, after a different shampoo and less conditioner, my hair looks supple and truly healthy for the first time in years. I'll use Sheer Blonde again only if I get product build-up.

I'd have given it two stars because it does make my blonde hair sparkle. Then I took one off for the $$$ it has cost me in conditioner over the years

If your hair is more on the dry side, do not buy this shampoo. It is very drying and leaved my hair straw-like. There is a moisturizing formula that I've never used that might be better than this one. However, it does leave hair ultra clean and shiny.

I've been using this product for about two months since I first read about it online. I was so desperate to do something about my thin, lifeless hair.. and I can honestly say this product has improved my life. It has totally changed my relationship with my hair- for the better.
The reviews for this product are mixed, so clearly sheer blonde works for some and not for others. For such a small financial investment though, what have you got to lose? For me, it delivered on the advertizing. I wanted voluminizing, and yes, it does that. Huge difference! The highlights are an added benefit. I look forward to showering just so I can use sheer blonde! It's easy to use and the effect is immediate. Even when the hair is still wet, I can already feel the difference in weight and volume on my head.
I look much better, and I hope you will, too!
Note; I agree with some other reviewers. It dries my hair ends out a little, but that's a small price to pay, and a good hair oil takes care of it.

My hair is a dull, thin, oily honey blonde. The first time I used the shampoo with the conditioner, my hair was silky, very shiny, didn't get oily quickly, and looked golden blonde. I've gotten compliments for the first time for having beautiful hair. But, when you use this with the conditioner, brush your hair before you rinse out the condtioner.

Totally awful shampoo. Left my hair dry and brittle. The conditioner was no better. Only plus is that the product smells good. Brooklyn, NY

I am mixed, so I have extremely thick curly hair. For years, I couldn't use shampoo very often because it matted my hair. This is the only shampoo that I have been able to use daily without drying my strawberry blond locks. This shampoo is AMAZING. I have actually noticed a difference in the color. It is brighter and my hair is soooo soft. This and the glaze are great, GREAT products!

I did not like this product. It left my hair feeling greasy and I never noticed highlights activated based on its use. After about 2 weeks of use I stopped using and tried L'Oreal Color Vive (for highlighted hair). It worked MUCH better than this.

I bought this once when it first came out and stopped buying it for a long time because I hated the smell so much. Since then they've improved the scent a lot so I'm back using it. I have hard water where I live, so the Highlight Activating formula (which is designed to remove mineral deposits) works great here. Before I moved, I used the moisturizing formula. I know it doesn't change the color of my hair, but it sure seems to help buildup from forming on it and darkening or changing it.
