My pediatrician recommended this for the folds of skin under my daughter's neck and chubby chin that don't get enough air to dry well. It's a bit strong-smelling but it helps her skin. And unlike talc baby powders, it's not as dangerous on her little lungs.

This has a very strong smell! It is a pleasant smell, though. It was not opened or punctured, but the smell filled the box. This powder also fills the bathroom with scent and makes you smell like it all day. It is a fresh and powdery scent. I prefer the regular scent because it is not as strong.

For baby, change wet soiled diapers promptly, cleanse the diaper area, and allow to dry. Apply powder liberally or as often as necessary, with each diaper change, especially at bedtime or anytime when exposure to wet diapers may be prolonged. Apply powder close to the body away from child's face. (Carefully shake the powder into the diaper or into the hand and apply to the diaper area.)
