It's a great low-to no sulfate shampoo that won't damage my fairly dry, fine, wavy hair. I find that it will build up after several uses, so I tend to alternate with a stronger shampoo at least once a week. I read in a fashion magazine a while ago that baby shampoo can be used to wash your face and remove eye makeup, and that it has similar ingredients to face wash. I have been using it for this purpose for about 5 years, and it's great for my sensitive combination skin. Plus, it's a cinch to travel, because I just need to bring one travel-sized container for my shampoo and face wash! I have to say, I bought it because I read it is delicate to the hair and scalp. I have been using it for a couple of weeks now and it does burn the eyes, not as much as other shampoos, but still a little, it doesn't lather too well. It keeps my hair clean for maybe 1 day or 2 max. While with other shampoos I could sometimes wait 3 days. Reviewed by 34 customers Sort by Displaying reviews 1-10 Previous | Next » Pros

Comments about Johnson's Baby No More Tears Shampoo, Original Formula: I have waist-length wavy hair, and have recently fallen in love with this shampoo!! It's a little difficult to work through my hair during the shampooing process, and doesn't feel very nice at this point. But when I go to rinse it out, it's like magic!! It rinses out so silky smooth and tangle free - unlike any other shampoo I've ever used, even the 2-in-1's. It has a pleasant smell, but it's soooo "barely there" that it might as well be unscented. I wish it smelled a little stronger. *sigh*...

Comments about Johnson's Baby No More Tears Shampoo, Original Formula: I have very thick hair that normally requires a conditioner or detangling spray to make it easier to comb after it's washed. I noticed that when I use this shampoo I don't need to use a conditioner or detangling spray afterward. Obviously, this is a plus!

Comments about Johnson's Baby No More Tears Shampoo, Original Formula: I have very thick, medium-length hair that can be difficult to comb after it's been washed. Normally I have to use either conditioner or a detangling spray to make it easier to comb. Not after I've washed it with this shampoo--it combs out like a dream! It also smells great and makes my hair soft & shiny.

Comments about Johnson's Baby No More Tears Shampoo, Original Formula: Haha I use this shampoo to bath my dog once a month. It's cheaper than dog shampoo and my vet reccomends it for them. So if any of you mothers also own a dog, it's doggy friendly. Pros

Comments about Johnson's Baby No More Tears Shampoo, Original Formula: I have always used J&J on my grandchildren. My guys are older now so I have found different uses for J&J. I now use it to clean old bears/toys. It makes great suds and cleans the mohair wonderfully. I also used it when hanging up UV block paper. When applying UV paper you have to keep the window and treatment wet and easy to move until you are finished. The best thing to use is a teaspoon in a bottle of water. Works just as great for these two uses as when using on an infant. Displaying reviews 1-10 Previous | Next » ![]() |
