I stopped using this product on myself and esp to my granddaughter because it contains talc which is said to cause cancer. It is better to be sure. I do not know why Johnson co has not pulled this from the shelf.

I use this product in place of powder/foundation, as a hair product, and for traditional uses. It is wonderful. As a face powder, it looks great and sets makeup better than any primer. The only drawback is you cannot use any liquid makeup after you put on the baby powder, or it will clump. But the baby powder base looks amazing with powder blush, eyeshadow, ect. - you won't want to use liquid makeup. I no longer use any foundation or cosmetic face powders on my skin, and I don't miss it. I have oily skin and hair, and this product keeps the oil away for hours. I also use this product in my bangs to absorb oil. It also gives my straight fine hair more texture and body. And of course I use it traditionally, to stay dry during exercise and during hot summer days. I have tried cornstarch powder, but it does not work as well as a face powder. The cornstarch has a slightly streaky appearance, while the talcum powder looks great.

I know that it's on the "do not include" list, but the only reason that I'm responding to this "review" request is to tell drugstore.com that you overprice this product, even when a multiple item price is reflected. I have already unsubscribed to your emails and will no longer buy from you without SIGNIFICANT research, if at all.

The product that was delivered to me was 6 years old (mfd 2004) and had lost its fragrance and obviously the best qualities of J&J products. J&J baby powder is great in itself. But the one ordered from Drugstore wasn't good

I love Johnson's baby powder since I was a kid. I use it daily after I shower and I use it all over my body to keep me dry and smelling so fresh. In the summer it keeps me fresher on the hot days. One of the best products ever invented.

Secret use for baby powder:

Removes sand from feet better than water! If you're at the beach and trying to get that sand off your feet / ankles / legs, just sprinkle on the baby powder and then rub w/ towel. Sand comes off like magic!

I do not use this for the purpose intended. I use it as a makeup primer for my very oily skin. It does a better job than any other high end makeup primer that I had purchased in the past. It keeps my skin greaseless and perfect. I use my Olay moisturizer and then this and Voila.
