I have curly hair and thought this might help plus, I was out of leave in conditioner. This still went above and beyond. I love it. It really does untangle my curly hair when I get out of the shower and my comb glides through smoothly. It also conditions and leaves my hair soft and shiny when I blow it straight. It's also only a few dollars-way less than the salon stuff I had been using. I am totally converted! VS Most Liked Negative Review Too smelly! I have thick, coarse, very curly hair and am always on the look out for great products to help me tame it. However I have the added problem of being "scent" sensitive, so it gets really tricky to find good products that aren't too smelly. Since this was Johnson's, I was really hopeful. Instead I was shocked. This products smell was so over powering to me that I actually got back in the shower after using it and rewashed to remove it. Then I promptly threw the product away. This detangles and leaves my hair softer without weighing it down. I'm glad I found it here, was having trouble tracking it down retail.

I have thick, coarse, very curly hair and am always on the look out for great products to help me tame it. This stuff is really eliminates the tangles before you even comb it. The spray is not as good because it does not completely saturate the hair. Also when I wet their hair in the morning for combing it is still in there and there is no pulling at all! Smells great too!
