Comments about Johnson's Natural Nourishing Baby Shampoo, 10 fl oz: I replaced the traditional, regular no-tears formula Johnson and Johnson baby shampoo I was using for my elderly mother-in-law with the Natural Nourishing Baby Shampoo when I noticed she was still scratching her scalp a lot. My daughter drew my attention to the carcinogenic ingredients dioxane and quaternium-15 in the regular Johnson's and suggested that they could be causing the irritation. My MIL has Alzheimer's, and the no-tears feature is helpful in letting her wash her own hair. Outside of the fact that the shampoo is very thin, and it is easy to use too much, it is worth the extra price to be rid of the carcinogens. I watch for the sale price on drugstore.com to help her save money. Thanks. Pros

Comments about Johnson's Natural Nourishing Baby Shampoo, 10 fl oz: After using the JOHNSON'S® NATURAL® Baby Shampoo a few times on the girls I already knew it was very gentle on their skin, so I wasn't really too worried about the bubble bath. After the girls finished up, I dried them off, and their skin was actually softer than usual! I have never noticed soft skin after a bubble bath, dry skin…yes, soft skin… never! I had planned to put the JOHNSON'S® NATURAL® Baby Lotion on them after the bath, but decided against it because their skin was so soft. It was the same for the boys. I checked their legs after the bath, and they were not irritated, so I decided to wait until morning to use the lotion. While I can't give my personal recommendation for using the lotion on irritated skin, I can say that since I have cleared their skin up a bit, this lotion helps keep it soft without any dyes, perfumes, or other harsh chemicals, so it's really great for every day use!Read my full post and review here: http://www.faithfullyfrugal-and-free.com/2012/02/bubble-baths-were-a-thing-of-the-past-not-anymore.html Pros Cons

Comments about Johnson's Natural Nourishing Baby Shampoo, 10 fl oz: I have thin hair and sensitive scalp. This shampoo is very mild, but it is so watered down that I think the bottle was tampered with. Pours like water which means a lot is wasted when you put it in your hands. Pros Cons Best Uses
Comments about Johnson's Natural Nourishing Baby Shampoo, 10 fl oz: I was so excited to see a new all-natural baby wash available. However, my excitement was short lived when I began using the product.. It made my son have very dry skin, which he has never had before. Also, very dissapointed that this baby shampoo is not concentrated AT ALL! You have to use a lot at a time, so it goes super fast. I have gone back to Burt's Bees - the greatest baby shampoo in the world! Displaying reviews 1-6 ![]() |
