First: I have baby fine, wavy, medium thickness hair. This is the best Joico Conditioner I have tried thus far, and I have tried the Daily Care and Silk Effects conditioners as well. This conditioner is thick and moisturizing without weighing the hair down. It definitely improves the overall appearance and health of the hair. The fragrance is strong, but not overpowering. If this is used with the Body Luxe Shampoo and Body Luxe Volumizing Foam you will get an increase in volume. You do have to apply heat to activate the foam, so this is lightly damaging depending on how you apply heat. Also, the Shampoo contains a mild sulfate, which my hair dislikes.
