For many years I used Sebastian hair spray - "Shaper Plus;" Then I was introduced to Sebastian's "Re-shaper," similar, but good for touch ups and managing hair throughout the day. Joico is great!!! It is a minimalist type finishing spray. After drying my hair forward, I spray the underneath until evenly distributed, then blow dry until soft to touch. It is easy to brush through and once I flip my hair back, I style and apply a final shot of Joico. Now how easy is that?! Their 'Volumizer Mousse' is great for thinning hair.

Once I have my hair styled I spray a light mist all around. This gives great hold, doesn't feel tacky, and the fragrance is nice. I have very straight hair and once on, it will keep the style even after sleeping, and until my next shampoo.

I have wavy/curly hair that has a stubborn cowlick in the front. I have used many hairsprays, spray gels and regular gels in an attempt to keep it in place and very, very few of these products have worked. This hairspray has a great fine mist which doesn't clump up on your hair and enough hold to lock in my cowlick. I also gave a bottle to my sister who has very short hair for the first time in her life and she loves it for its hold as well.
