I use JointFlex for arthritis in my knees. I sometime forget to use it consistently because I get relief so quickly; but with daily use it really does eliminate my knee pain. It is hard to find in stores however, so I was very glad to see he on the Medco site.

I have been using Joint Flex for years. [...] used to carry it, but not now, so I am looking on line. It gives me alot of relief with muscle & joint pain. I have Arthritis & Fibromyalgia & knee & neck pain. I love the smell going on & am even happier that it disappears after a minute. I like that it doesn't burn my skin like some others. I have tried all available topical treatments for the pain caused by tight, sore muscles. I tend to hold "stress" in my neck and shoulder muscles and have had very little success with most products... even the highly touted "Freeze" products. I am 42 years old and, while I do not suffer from arthritis related pain, the muscle tension in my neck and shoulders has been an ongoing problem for the past 10 years.
"Joint Flex" has made a huge difference in how I feel. Every once in a while, I try to skip a day here and there... always with poor results. I like to use the product right after my shower to maintain muscle flexibility.
There do not appear to be any negative side effects from using it whenever needed. The only "negative" is the strong smell when applied. However, the smell disappears within minutes - as well as the pain. I usually experience relief from muscle pain within 10 minutes. This product is rarely carried in a grocery store and is difficult to find with any regularity in pharmacy stores. Even when I can find it, there are rarely more than 2 or 3 tubes in stock. The product is definitely on the expensive side compared to other topical treatments, but it is well worth the extra cost. In terms of pain relief, it pays for itself.
